Enter through a shared tropical patio (shared only with the main house in front), follow the path to your studio tucked in the back of the property. You’ll find cozy, simple comforts, think abuelita charm mixed with Santurce cool.

This studio is meant for travelers who care more about vibe, location, and culture than high-end finishes. A great base for a beach day, mural walk, or night out en Santurce.
Guest Access:
During your stay at Abuelita's Casita, you'll have your own private studio to retreat to after exploring the city or relaxing at the beach. 🌊
The bedroom includes a comfy queen-sized bed to rest up for the next day of exploring. 🛌
We include a fully-stocked kitchenette with a mini fridge, and hot plate to cook up a storm with cozy bench seats next to the kitchen to enjoy your culinary creations. 🍳
If you'd rather eat outside, feel free to use the dining table in the tropical, open-air covered patio to take in the sounds of the coqui and vibe with your friends. 🌴🎶
Please note that the tropical patio is a shared space with the main house in the front. 🌺
You’ll have a completely private studio with your own entrance. The only shared space is the gated outdoor patio at the front of the property. 🗝️

Check-In/Check-Out: 🤙
· Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. We kindly request your adherence to these times to allow for thorough cleaning and preparation for the next guest.

· Please respect the property and its neighbors.
· Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the space.
· Pets are allowed if potty trained.
· We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment, especially for our local neighbors, especially during quiet hours (after 11pm).
