The place was very lovely, we really loved the suite style. The staff were very helpful and communicative, and the service was very good. We really enjoyed how close it was to so many places and it made our travel very affordable!

This place is beautiful the staff is amazing especially Luz. She gave us a list of great dinner places and beaches. Everything was so nice and superbly clean. The soaker tub was also a nice addition to our unit that was nice and relaxing. The space may be a little small but you're on vacation who needs much space when you have so much to see and do. It was perfect to come back and have your own little space to relax that was more like coming home at night. All staff that we had the pleasure of meeting were all so nice and pleasant. Very concerned with what they could do to help you enjoy your stay and all ideas that you can offer to make it a better place are welcomed. I feel as if the place is great the way it is. Beautiful flowers and artwork inside the property helps make it feel even more quaint and cozy. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay on their trip to Puerto Rico. Thank you for making our first trip to Puerto Rico and amazing experience.

Elba Patio Boutique hotel is a diamond in the rough. The stay was more than me and my family expected. The staff were truly amazing and respectful, even understanding of our broken Spanish lol 😆 😂, but the staff were very helpful, tell us about the public transportation to old San Juan and it was free. Yes free. My family flights was canceled we explained it to the staff and we able to keep our same suites with a balconies. We thank God for such an amazing staff.
