    So we had some problems with the requested room and they told us to pay for an upgrade if we wanted two separately beds. We paid but i asked them for an invoice i need. I’m trying over a month to get this invoice but they keep ignoring my request.

    I stayed here one night. The rooms are tiny and have only a twin bed. There was no hot water in the morning. I mentioned this to the women at the front desk, who replied with... "Oh yes we have hot water". I should have paid $30.00 and gone to a *** or a ***.
