People are everywhere, day and night. This place is for enjoying the city 24 hours a day—open your eyes, ears, and mind, and soak it all in. If your plan is to spend a weekend listening to the sounds of the countryside, then I suggest staying in some boring neighborhood outside the city. A very old, historic, and charming building with no elevator. Not recommended for elderly people who get tired climbing stairs or for those carrying very large and extremely heavy suitcases.
