An extremely elegant, one-of-a-kind loft, on the third floor of a historic building, completely renovated, with exposed beams and hardwood floors throughout the apartment. It is extremely private and quiet, as it is the only unit on the floor with no other neighbors.
The apartment features spacious rooms and consists of a fantastic open-concept living room, a large eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
The layout
• The living room, the true heart of the home, is spacious, bright, and elegantly furnished. It features a large glass dining table, a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa and chaise longue, and a 55" smart TV. In the entryway, there is a practical built-in closet, ideal for storing jackets, shoes, and luggage.
• The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee maker. All necessary tableware for 6 people is provided. A functional fold-away table completes the space, perfect for breakfasts and quick meals.
• The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and ample closet space and dressers. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed.
• The apartment offers two modern bathrooms: the first is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink with a vanity cabinet; the second features two sinks, a toilet, and a washing machine available for guests’ use.
• The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, a security door, double-glazed windows for sound and thermal insulation, aluminum window frames, and Wi-Fi accessible in all rooms.
• Included are a welcome kit with towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets, and comforters, as well as coffee and water, and of course everything you need for cooking (pots, dishes, silverware, etc.)
• Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building overlooking Piazza Sant’Anna, one of Bergamo’s most charming and lively squares. The train and bus stations are about a 10-minute walk away, while Orio al Serio Airport is easily accessible in just a few minutes by car or public transportation.
Just a short walk away are the main shopping streets and the charming Borgo Palazzo. Right outside the apartment, you’ll find numerous supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants—perfect for experiencing the neighborhood and getting around comfortably during your stay.

Great apartment! Spacious and close to communications.

The apartment had parking which was useful. It is spacious. It lacks basic items in the kitchen. When we arrived it was very cold and the window was draughty. There was no manual so we needed to contact the owner about how to use the heating and where to park. He was polite and friendly but naturally we needed to wait for his response. On the last day the hearing didn’t b work and there was no hot water.
