Nice and cozy apartment with all the necessary utensils inside. Super friendly owner who was waiting for me after midnight. Good location within a walking distance to the airport. Tasty coffee for waking up :)

Cleanliness, location, and italian touches.

Awful! We asked the host via whatsapp about leaving our luggages, she said we can leave those at the accomodation. We went there woth our lugagges, and when we got there she said to put our things in the hallway. When we asked her, she said she can't bring it inside the apartmen, so we took the lugagges with ourselfes. We went up to the apartment just because of this, so it was really sad, we couldn't leave out things there. We went back, wrote and called thw host many times, but she did not answer. We couldnt even get into the building, we stood outside in the rain. When she let us in, she showed us the room and the bathroom. The host said to us, that we have to sleep in one room, and the next day we can go tothe other one. We really did not think too much about it. She rushed out, we looked around in our room. It was horrible! One bed was two mattresses on top of each other, on the floor. You couldnt even sit on it, because it folded and wiggled. We couldnt even close the door of the room. And then 2 other guests arrived, and went in the room next to us. We booked a family room with bathroom, not a single mentoning of another couple. We got away from the property, and got our money back. Don't go here!

It’s not private as the room owner in the room beside you and very thin wall, she never leaves you alone she keeps texting even if you go to the toilet she would get up and turn the toilet light off as she has access to the toilet ,I would not recommend anyone to stay there

The apartment is comfortable and spacious, furnished with love and taste. Lovely details that make you feel at home. The hostess was extremely kind, we were greeted with coffee, tea and cookies. We could even leave our suitcases after leaving the apartment until leaving for the airport. Everything was perfect and for every recommendation.

The hostess was amazing - very welcoming and kind. We missed her message on WhatsApp about arrival time but she still opened the door and allowed us to keep the backpacks till the evening after checkout. She also left some sweets and tea for breakfast. There was a lot of pillows and the bed was comfy.

The miss that welcomed us was amazing! She was super helpful so that we miss nothing during our 1-night stay. The room was fully equipped, the bathroom and spacious. The location was also pretty ok. We were able to walk until the BGY airport, and be on time for the flight. We would consider revisiting!

The host was waiting for us at the place when we arrived, she recommended us a place for dinner and indicated how to get to Milan. The room and the toilet were clean, and it was very quiet during the night.

The shower was a bit old and didn't work too good - it was ok for one night but might not be comfortable for a longer stay. The host can only speak a few words in English, but normally that shouldn't be a major problem since she is really nice.

Proximidade com o aeroporto

A casa de banho era pro lado de fora do quarto. O pequeno almoço já estava disponível quando entramos no quarto, Logo no dia seguinte os pães estavam duros, maquina de café não funcionou.

La signora davvero troppo gentile e disponibile. Secondo me fin troppo economico per quello che offre !! Straconsigliato !!

Wynajęliśmy nocleg w 4 osoby. Poprosiliśmy właścicielkę o wcześniejsze zostawienie bagaży – zgodziła się, wpuściła nas, pokazała dwa pokoje, łazienkę i zamknięte „zaplecze”, które uznaliśmy za pomieszczenie gospodarcze. Słabo mówiła po angielsku – gdy zapytaliśmy, czy jesteśmy tu sami, odpowiedziała tylko „it’s my house”, co zrozumieliśmy że to jej obiekt. Przekazała nam klucze, powiedziała, że mieszkanie nie jest gotowe, po czym wyszła. Chwilę później dostałam SMS i wiadomość z bookingu, że musimy opuścić lokal, bo to była jedynie „przysługa”. Zostawiliśmy bagaże i wyszliśmy. Wieczorem wróciliśmy, ale od razu poczuliśmy niepokój – wydawało się, że ktoś jeszcze tam mieszka. Domyśliliśmy się, że „zaplecze” to część, w której przebywa właścicielka. Myśleliśmy jednak, że wynajmujemy mieszkanie na wyłączność. Kiedy siedzieliśmy w salonie, nagle weszła obca kobieta, zajrzała nam do pokoju, po czym weszła do części „zaplecza”. To nas przeraziło – pokoje nie miały zamków, jeden miał drzwi przesuwne. Nie wiedzieliśmy, kto jeszcze ma klucze do mieszkania i ile osób przebywa w lokalu. Warunki też były niepokojące – w mojej pościeli były czarne włosy, kołdra była zniszczona. Nie mogliśmy zasnąć z nerwów. O 22 zadzwoniliśmy na booking, ale powiedziano nam, że na ten moment nie mogą pomóc. Zaczęliśmy czytać opinie i znaleźliśmy wiele podobnych historii – także pod starą nazwą obiektu. W nocy słyszeliśmy hałasy z ogrodu i obecność osób za ścianą. Gdy ktoś opuścił mieszkanie, odkryliśmy, że nie zamknął za sobą drzwi wejściowych. Rano zdecydowaliśmy się natychmiast wyjechać (kupiliśmy 4 noce). Rano znów dzwoniliśmy do bookingu i dowiedzieliśmy się, że właścicielka złożyła na nas oszczerczą skargę – że byliśmy pijani, głośni, był u nas oficer etc. Te kłamstwa tylko potwierdziły słuszność naszej decyzji. Nie otrzymaliśmy zwrotu pieniędzy, a właścicielka od razu wystawiła ogłoszenie na nowo, po obniżonej cenie. Piszę tę opinię jako przestrogę – my nie czuliśmy się bezpiecznie.

No pone que sea compartido y que no tenga cocina. Nos pilló por sorpresa, se lo dije y nos pagó desayuno en un bar, pero no teníamos ni microondas para calentar lo que llevábamos.

Todo fue perfecto, ella fue muy amable, una voz suabe, el lugar super ordenado, super limpio, confortable cálido. Todo genial. Volvería sin duda

Brak mikrofali lub piecyka do przygotowania ciepłej potrawy. Było czysto jednak niektóre elementy wymagają naprawy.

On sent que l'hôtesse met tout son cœur dans cette location. . Abstraction faite de la déco nous avons très bien dormi, tout était fourni : shampoing savon café petits gâteaux serviette de toilette. La chambre était très calme avec climatisation. Nous étions à dix minutes en voiture du centre. Les goûts et les couleurs ça ne se discute pas et si vous êtes tatillon cette location n'est pas pour vous. Effectivement ce n'est pas une décoration neutre. C'est parfait pour une nuit de passage mais pas forcément pour plus longtemps.

Le parking n'est pas privé c'est un emplacement dans la résidence.

Polecam! Obiekt jest bardzo czysty. Lokalizacja między lotniskiem a centrum miasta jest wygodna, a bliskość przystanku autobusowego to duży plus. Obsługa była w porządku. Śniadania wystarczające.

Stan łazienki słaby.

Abbiamo scelto questa stanza perché vicina all’aeroporto, ed essendo che era tardi non volevamo arrivare a Milano di notte. Siamo arrivate fuori dalla casa, che si trova all’interno di un condominio, e abbiamo scritto all’host che eravamo sotto ad aspettare. Per 10 minuti non ha risposto, abbiamo anche chiamato due volte ma non rispondeva nessuno. Dopo un po’ si è degnata di uscire e ci ha accolte. Lei è molto carina e disponibile, ci ha spiegato come si aprivano tutte le porte, cosa c’era in casa da usare (cucina, bagno, camera) e poi ci ha lasciate in camera. Dopo 10 minuti però ci arriva un messaggio da parte sua in cui ci chiede di aprirle la porta perché aveva dimenticato il PC nella reception… Noi, senza pensarci due volte, le abbiamo aperto la porta e l’abbiamo fatta entrare. Specifico che la reception si trova in una porta di fronte alla camera da letto, quindi all’interno della casa privata. Appena entrata qhjndj si è diretta subito nella reception e da lì non è più uscita, quindi noi abbiamo dormito con l’ansia che lei entrasse nella nostra stanza. In questo momento una di noi due, stranita da questa situazione, è andata a leggere le recensioni, non soffermandosi sulle molte positive ma andando a vedere le poche negative. Abbiamo trovato una recensione in cui una persona ha descritto la stessa situazione che era successa a noi, ovvero che dopo 10 minuti la signora aveva chiesto di entrare perché si era scordata del pc… Da lì abbiamo chiuso a chiave la nostra stanza è non siamo più uscite, nonostante il bagno fosse al di fuori della camera. Passiamo alla descrizione della stanza, cje è composta da un salotto, un bagno e una camera. Il salotto è abbastanza spazioso, c’è un tavolo grande al centro, una tv molto grande, un terrazzo e un divano. La tv non andava, o almeno, il telecomando non funzionava e quindi si poteva vedere un solo canale e spegnere la tv staccando la spina.

Il n’y a pas les équipements cuisine ( bouilloire, tasse, etc) indiqués. On a pas une assez mauvaise nuit car il y avait plein d’insectes dans la chambre…

el apartamento estaba todo disponible para mí. Espacioso y todo muy limpio. La anfitriona muy agradable y tuvimos muy buena comunicación. Me estaba esperando al llegar. Sin problemas para el check in y también para el check out.

Pensaba que estaría mejor ubicada. La parada de autobus está a 500 / 600 metros. Se atasca demasiado el tráfico y se pierde mucho tiempo en llegar a destino. Es un problema más para Bérgamo que para la anfitriona, mejor dicho la anfitriona no tiene nada que ver con ésto.

Sig.ra molto cortese nell'ospitalità! Pulizia ottima della camera e bagno! Colazione super ricca e variegata! Mezz'oretta a piedi dal centro città! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! Consigliatissima per chi non ha molte pretese!

Mieszkanie nie było całkowicie samodzielne. Gospodarz potrafiła dodatkowo wynająć salon obcej osobie. Było to mało komfortowe, ponieważ nie sądziliśmy, że ktoś może jeszcze z nami mieszkać. Łazienka jest na zewnątrz pokoju (tak jak w normalnym mieszkaniu). Wszystko jest fajnie jak się mieszka samodzielnie, ale jeżeli jest sytuacja taka, że ktoś obcy mieszka w tym samym czasie w pokoju obok to łazienka jest współdzielona.
