Small but comfy and clean

The host was very quick in getting back to me. The location was a short walk from the main new town, but had lovely restaraunts and bars close by. The old town funicular was about a 15 minute walk away. The accommodation is small but perfect for a short stay.

There are no washing machine or dryer in the apartment. There is a washing machine in the garage, but does not have a dryer. There is no Iron either.

Cozy and quiet

The location was good. The apartment was small but comfortable. The flat was clean and easy to find and easy to access.

Needs a grater for cheese and chopping board in the drawer with utensils.

The bed was comfortable, is self check in and check out.

First of all. They tell you you must follow the rubbish bins order but they don’t let the right rubbish bags in the apartment so you can sort it easier, the rubbish bins are on the balcony. However still needs bags. The shower is very small, if you have kids with SEN Needs is going to be a challenge. Also, it doesn’t matter if you wash the toilet or bidet always smells to wee during the night so in the morning the smell is stronger even in the bedroom. I saw a few comments saying thanks for the food on the fridge. However they don’t let food. There’s sugar,salt and coffee that’s it. The food you find there is probably food other travelers left. Is near centre but not that near, however you can easily walk 10 min to get bus. I left my security camera recording the door entrance to the apartment and someone came inside and it looked like they were going to clean but they saw the camera and closed the door. I contacted Myriam, and she asked for proof when I sent it she said maybe was a mistake. I didn’t like that, probably was a mistake but I didn’t like that feeling. Also the light in the bedroom and toilet doesn’t work. I didn’t reported tho I didn’t have the time to. The washing machine, isn’t in the apartment, is in a public area in like a garage outside and you have to take all your dirty clothes and bring it back wet to put it in the balcony to dry. All that I hated so much. There wasn’t cleaning products, I mean for the toilet. Nothing and it was too necessarily, smelt horrible. The sofa bed is uncomfortable as hell. Every time you move make a noise and you can feel the metal bars. You can’t really have a shower after 11 for the noises rule. Very stressing the rule with the rubbish when there is not even rubbish bags.

Downtown Bergamo apartment..

No actual likes. This is a small two bedroom apartment in downtown Bergamo. Situated next to a petrol station and surrounding construction work. The apartment consists of a single bed, a double bed & an uncomfortable lounge sofa (pullout bed).

We understood that we were booking Casa Anna, but the two bedroom apartment is not. It is a ground-floor small space with a backyard in need of a tidy up. No balcony views, etc. There were no items in the fridge as other reviews had suggested, not even water. And, no contact with a Barbara, again, as other reviews had mentioned. No human contact at all, apart from a text to say No food is provided & "please leave a 9-10 feedback score"!

We found our stay very comfortable and enjoyable, very close to all amenities. In walking distance from train station, bus station and tram stop. We would definitely stay again when visiting bergamo

Pleasant stay in spacious apartment in Bergamo

The apartment was very spacious with lovely terrace. It is well furnished and looks cozy. There is AC in the living room and fans in every bedroom. There is a parking in a nearby location which costs 10€/per day. The hosts are 10 out of 10. They were extremely helpful and always available to answer to our questions. The key is in a lockbox. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We had hot water just the first day of our stay. Afterwards, we had to shower with freezing water. The sheets on the sofa bed had hair inside so we had to clean them before sleeping. There wasn’t hairdryer even though it is listed in the facilities. There wasn’t detergent to use the washing machine so we bought and left there for the next people to come. Sometimes it smelled like there was gas leak from the kitchen even though we weren’t using the stoves.

My summer vacation in Italy

Good location. Close to the train station.

We got no directions to find the apparment after we got the to keys. There was a number on the set of the keys but no numbers on the apartments doors. We stuck outside of the building on 35 degrees heat for 30 minutes before owner gave us additional information about exec location of the appointment inside the building. No air conditioner and No moscito net on the windows. So it's was about 30 degrees in the house and we could not open windows at night. Million of moscitos outside. The bads matrass were in poor condition. My kids could not sleep because of the holes in the matrass . you could feel each spring inside your body that didn't help to rest.

The apartment met the expectations of the entire 5-person group. Nicely furnished, clean, equipped with all the most important things and located in a very convenient location: close to both the most important attractions of Bergamo and the train station. The contact with the host was a huge plus, he answered all our questions extremely quickly. I recommend to everyone!

Barbara was so friendly and welcoming . The fridge was well stacked to meet everyones needs . Nothing was a problem. The apartment was beautiful and spacious it was like a home from home . It was so sweet Barbara also took the time to wave when ahe saw you in the street. We would without a doubt go back our family of 5 loved everything. Thank.you Barbara for making our experience amazing .

Very poor

It was clean and the breakfast was generous.

Very old. In practice, nothing worked. The temperature was set below 20°C, had to ask several times to raise it up. The beds were very uncomfortable. The toilets were quite cold and poorly isolated. The oven and toast didn't work. The oven was then eventually fixed. Overall quite old and in poor state. The shower was accumulating water, it didn't drain well.

Great place to stay

It was really a good place to stay. At the beginning we went to the wrong address, and it was quite late at night. I wrote to Barbara and she helped us out! She is really a great host! Very helpful :) The place corresponds to the photos in Internet. The fridge was full with breakfast stuff, and bottled water; coffee machine was like new, and there was supply of coffee capsules for the coffee machine, thank you Barbara! Even new toothbrushes were provided.

There was nothing to dislike, everything was fine, our stay was great at that place.

Great apartment for a group of 6 people. Exceptionally clean and modern. 3 great size bedrooms with 2 brilliant bathrooms and lovely living room space to all relax in. We were very impressed with the food Barbara bought in for us and we used nearly all of it for our breakfast and lunches.

Great host, great apartment

Barbara is an amazing host. She waited for us till 2 am because our flight was delayed.The apartment was more than great-huge, clean, and comfortable.Barbara was prepared for us full fridge with drinks and food. Also it the bathroom we have everything that we needed like toothpaste, toothbrush and bath cosmetics.Location is great it is 5 minutes from center and 10 minutes from train station.We recommend this accommodation with 2 hands.

The apartment was clean and and well equipped. The location is near the walking street, few minutes on foot. The breakfast was more than enough for 5 person. Every furniture and equpments were new and modern. One bedroom has own bathroom. The resetter was polite and very helpful.

The 3-bedroom apartment is very modern, cozy and clean. Breakfast was included in the price. All the goods were delivered on our demand. The apartment is within a walking distance to the Bergamo train station (12 min) and Porta Nouva bus stop stop (10 min). The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. There are a lot of brilliant restaurants and cafes nearby. We are very satisfied with our stay at Casa Vacanze Anna. Thank you Barbara!

It was perfect!

Staying at CASA VACANZE ANNA was a great experience. The apartment has a great location that allows you to quickly and easily reach the most important tourist attractions of Bergamo and strategically important places such as the train station. The apartment was very clean, nice and cozy. Another plus was the spacious, sunny patio. The hostess is incredibly polite and helpful, she left us a fridge full of local specialties which was absolutely lovely. If we go to Bergamo in the future, we will definitely try to book this apartment again.

Vecations in beutifull Bergamo.

The house was very comfortable and had everything. The refrigerator was full with everything. The location was in a nice area not far from the Alta citta. We felt like our home. Miss Barbara was nice and she was willing to help us. My kids didn’t want to leave. Thank you for everything.

Barbara is a very cheerful and thoughtful guest. She provided a lot of stuffs for us such as a fridge full of nice local food, beverage, and everything we needed in the bathroom (shampoo, toothpath, toothbrush). The appartment is quiet, and very clean. The balconny is very nice to take dinner or breakfast.

We suggest to have more electric sockets in the kitchen to connect all the devices. The weather was very hot during our stay, a fan would have been great for the night.
