Located in the heart of Trastevere, just a minute\'s walk from the charming Piazza San Cosimato and the Basilica of Santa Maria in Trastevere, only 100 meters from the historic Bar del Callisto. Despite being close to the best attractions in the neighborhood, the apartment is situated in a quiet side street.
Getting around the area is simple and convenient. The public transport stop is only 300 meters from the apartment, with several bus lines (8 tram, H bus) providing easy access to the historic center (Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagna, Pantheon).

- The flat is located on the 2nd floor of the building.
- There is no lift.
- We inform our guests that one of the bathrooms is in the room.
- Please inform us in advance of your arrival time in order to better organise check-in.
- Copies of identity documents must be provided prior to arrival.
- Parties are not allowed inside the flat.
- Smoking is not allowed. Animals are not allowed.
