Elegant Flat Rome Trastevere

Excellent séjour dans l appartement. Nous étions 6. C était parfait avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain. Un équipement nécessaire pour notre séjour. On a fait beaucoup de choses à choses à pied.. Sinon, les bus sont proches. Quartier avec beaucoup de restaurants. Le contact avec Rita était très bien. Je recommande ce logement.

The location is perfect. It's a few minutes from Piazzas' Santa Maria & Trilussa. There are many restaurants. It is a 1-minute walk to a pasticcheria for coffee & pastries. Same for pizza. The flat is very modern & clean. It is spacious as well.

There was only one roll of toilet paper, which was already half gone. This unit has 3 bathrooms. We had to stop at the store, which is about 2 minutes away, for more. The unit is very nice, but there isn't much privacy for a 3-bedroom space. You can see the loft from downstairs & through the mirror. The bedroom off the living room has a door, but a staircase in it, leading up to another bedroom with no door. My son was up there, & I had to yell if I was changing & to not come down.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly located within walking distance of the Colosseum and historic sites. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it was ideal for two couples and very comfortable after long sightseeing days. Amenities like WiFi, AC, and kitchenette were nice.

Nothing major — just be aware that the stairway to the upstairs bedroom is narrow, but it didn’t negatively impact our stay.

It was a good location, lots of restaurants close by

The host was rude when I asked where the aircon remotes were for upstairs, when I messaged her to tell her the upstairs aircon remotes were missing, her response was, it's not that hot, I said, it is stuffy upstairs and she said, oh my God!! Air con remotes missing, only 1 set of keys, spiral staircase a death trap, not much natural lighting, stuffy inside and in bathrooms. Shower upstairs didn't work properly, had to have sink tap on hot to get hot water through, big shower head didn't work, only small head which is hand held. Power points don't all work, not 10 minute walk to colosseum as advertised, 30 minute walk as per google maps. Expensive for tourist tax compared to anywhere else we stayed in Italy, not sure if this is just a Rome thing though.
