Location is awesome. 25-30 min walk to all main points of interest. The owner was always available so it was easy to solve issues. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (in opposite ends), 1 living room, dining room/kitchen. Good enough for 2 couples. Or 5-6 persons (but some will need to stay in a living room). It is pretty bright and clean. AC works well
Price to quality ratio is not the best. Almost everything is broken to some degree(wooden chairs a wobbly, all beds have broken wooden planks, toilet flush is weak, shower has issues with cold/hot water adjustments, wifi works only in 1 bedroom). Also it is 4th floor. So you need to climb 3 full floors. May not suits everyone. No elevator as well. No cleaning/bed linen change during 8 nights. Guests should also take care of their own thrash. For this price - too much issues

Excellent location, large flat.
The key at the entrance door at the main entrance does not work. So it took me up to 10 Min at night to open the door which is a huge stress and not acceptable.
