Great location in the Trastevere district of Rome. Convenient access to most of the major sites. This is a pensione (5 rooms total) on the top floor of a 5-story building. Staff are friendly and helpful but unavailable after about 8 pm. No breakfast option is available but there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable.

Renato and Luigia offer a lovely view room in the heart of Trastevere. Recently renovated, clean and spacious with decent amenities including a large, comfortable bed/linens. 5 floors up with small lift. A bit of morning noise from the adjacent reception area, but definitely a step above serviceable and a good value for the area.

I didn't know what to expect when we arrived. Rome has lots of graffiti everywhere, and honestly the location didn't seem great when we got out of the taxi. However, the building was nice, and very secure, and the room was great. Modern, clean, good AC, and spacious. The views were great, and there was access to the roof which provided an awesome view of the city at night. There is a taxi stand and train stop within half a block of the building, easy access walking to all of the ancient sites in rome (35 min to Vatican, 30 min to coliseum, etc). The city felt safe during the day and after dark. Many tremedous restauraunts within 15 minute walk of the building as well. Overall we loved it.

Very nice and spacious room. Although it’s on a busy street, we were on the back side and could open our windows and it was very quiet with a great view. The street that it’s on has a lot of trees and offers many services including a laundry next door. Very easy to walk to many bars and restaurants, we loved the neighborhood

The hosts were phenomenal! The location was great for getting around and overall seemed very safe. The amenities were perfect! I really enjoyed the fact the host had a great espresso machine in the room. We usually do not eat a big breakfast and all we needed was in the room to start our day relaxed! Thanks!

We had a lovely stay - the room was quiet and very comfortable. Cleaned every day which is not what you would normally expect. There is a fridge if you want to store anything and beer, coke and water for sale at very cheap prices. Super coffee machine, some tea/coffee, crackers, biscuits as no breakfast is offered. However you have everything you need on your doorstep. What would have made the trip perfect would have been a few milk sachets. Being a Brit, I would have loved a cup of tea. Sugar and tea all available, just no milk. A lovely boutique hotel on the 5th floor with free use of the roof terrace. Views amazing and really are windows on Rome!

This small family ran hotel is in a great location for the evening and the main attractions. Clean and well presented. Not much sound proofing but as there is only a few rooms wasnt really am issue. Loved the stay. Thank you!

This was our last night in Rome after being on a 10 day tour. Our room was the nicest stay we had on our entire trip. The comfortable bed, hot shower with great water pressure and a mini bottle of Prosecco we sipped on the rooftop terrace. It was the perfect ending to our Italian vacation.

This hotel is conveniently located next to lots of wonderful dining options and has easy access to multiple forms of transportation. Our room was clean, large, and had air conditioning! Lorenzo at the front desk was very friendly and helpful as well. If we come back to Rome we would definitely choose to stay here again!

We stayed there after our cruise. The hotel is centrally located with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The room was simple, but clean with AC that cooled us off after walking around in the heat. I would stay here again.
