Very clean and spacious with a great take on breakfast. Our Host Urszula was very helpful and booked a taxi to the airport as well.

The property was ultra clean. The location was amazing. The breakfast provided incredible.

Location was very convenient - just steps from a bridge to cross to historic center of Rome but in Trastevere for the ambiance. Taxi station very close. We had standard room - spacious enough for couple. Good air conditioning. On a main street but we were not bothered by noise. Self- serve access to kitchen 24/7 was nice. Appreciated that there were cold drinks (including Prosecco) available for a very reasonable fee - honour system. Greeted by Urzsula and her son David like we were family. Always accessible on whats app if needed and helped us coordinate a dinner reservation in advance. Would stay again.

All was really great and we had no issues. There is a very small elevator if needed- must climb 2 flights of stairs to get to rooms. Need to consider if stairs a barrier.

I read the amazing reviews for this property hence why we booked it and I can understand the commentary however for us, probably a sentiment not entirely shared. It's a cute layout - a number of rooms (bed/bath though some may be bigger) off a common hallway and shared (self service) kitchen similar to a dormitory setting. Unfortunately we were delayed in our arrival on account of the flash train strike at Milan but communications with Urzula (host) were great throughout, and we appreciated her son David waiting until we eventually got there.

We were only there one night and without doubt the location is perfect to access places of interest, great restaurants and shopping, but that said, we found the location to be a double edged sword. The building is on a main thoroughfare shared with buses, light rail, constant vehicular traffic (taxis, motorcyclists, and emergency vehicles) as well as a lot of foot traffic. As such, the property location is great until such time as one needs to sleep. The external noise level (with all windows closed in our small room) was unrelenting. There are complimentary ear plugs on the bedside tables which we thought odd initially but realised why. We actually had to resort to sleeping with our noise cancelling ear pods in order to get some sleep ahead of an early start for a long haul flight. Admittedly we stayed on a Friday night but suspect it's just busy all of the time. It's unfortunate because it really is a very quaint place and a unique business model though we would have relocated for this reason if our stay was longer.
