About this apartment rental
Stylish,,, NEWLY DECORATED IN JUNE 2025. Beautiful place! Near the apartment, there are many interesting sights, such as the Museum of Nacional History, Kalemegdan park, Serbian Parlament, Republic square etc. If you prefer or want to try first time local food-Traditional Serbian Restaurants is just around the corner. In same street are famous Serbian dessert Ferdinad knedle . GARAGE IS PER REQUEST and its extras charging 12 euro per day. I have 21 more apartments in same street.
The space
The apartments has 2 bedrooms separate full equipment kitchen with small living room and bathroom. Whole apartment is renovate and brend new. First bedroom has very comfortable queen size bed and second bedroom has 1 separate single bed 200x90 size and one queen size bed

Other things to note
The whole apartment is just for you .
You will be provided with towels, bed linen and everything else you might need (vacuum cleaner, iron, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper, LCD TV, fast Internet connection...).
If you are staying more than 7 days ,cleaning services once a week is free of charge.
Per Serbian low everybody need to be registered to the police and needs to pay 1.5e city tax per day per person * its not included in price .
We can offer you private parking space for 12 euro extra per day!
Laundry service can be provided upon request, per machine is 8 e * cleaning and drying -no ironing !
We can organize transfer for you from/and to airport . We are charging the same like local cab 30 euro, and our guy will wait for you with paper and our name on , help you with our bags and show you around during 20 min drive to apartment .
In this area I have 20 more apartments (in same building 3 apartments) and this is very convenient for bigger group of friends .. Please contact me and I will show you all our option .
