Хорошее место положение, хорошая мебель и кровати, чисто.
Хозяин постфактум поменяла условия по животным на сайте после нашего заезда. Когда искали квартиру на сайте: квартира была помечена «с домашними животными» (искали два человека из разных стран). После заезда проинформировали хозяина о собаке, и с нас запросили дополнительный плату - 60€ за чистку мебели (это почти 30% от стоимости аренды на 2 дня - 220€), это было неприятной неожиданностью, так как считаем что сумма за чистку явно завышена.

4th floor without funcional lift

The location was perfect, and everything interesting or useful was quite close. The owner was nice and brought a missing hair drier next day after it was requested.
The lift is broken, the stairs are steep, and it is not a 4th floor, it's more like an 8th. Pretty annoying with large suitcases. The apartment is old, some tiles fell off, the handles are about to fall out in your hand, two heaters stopped working while we were there, only cold water in one of the bathrooms, the kitchen is not fully equipped, and hot water runs off quite quickly for 3 people.
