City Place Apartments

It was a big comfortable apartment with a good bed and just STEPS from the front door to collect Wolt deliveries with my injured leg, borderline wheelchair accessible and was a great place to rest after 3 days in a tent at the Guča festival. Calm and quiet and overall comfortable, within 100 metres there is both a supermarket and a cafe and a barber.

As a maintenance man and homeowner you notice details most people don’t of course, there are details like missing knobs, doors not closing well, loose fixtures. Nothing major and everything worked, some tender care with a screwdriver and toolbox can fix most of it.

Excellent location, impeccable cleanliness, and Ms. Jelena was exceptionally kind. Good value for money. Our top choice for our next visit.

The apartment was easy to find - it was within a walkable distance, 8-10 mins, of the city centre and other sights, such as the fortress, shopping centre and restaurants. We arrived 1 hour early, and the host was amazing - they kindly contacted the cleaning staff who handed over the key to us. The entrance was secure, and our room was on the ground floor. The apartment had definitely an excellent design - it had a big aquarium with beautiful fish, it was clean and comfortable. The small kitchen had all necessary appliances. Overall, it was an excellent experience of central Belgrade and is ideal for short-stay in the city.

A strong smell of a cleaning product which was present even after ventilating the room. The host should probably look into it.

It is located about 10 minutes from the city center. At about 200m there is a non-stop minimarket with decent prices. Parking for the car is located near the apartment (about 250 meters).

There is no cleaning in the room. There was a lot of hair on the ground in the bathroom and possibly floppy hair. The bathroom smelled like a canal and made you sick if you took a shower. The bathroom had no window, just a fan that didn't do its job at all. At the corners of the room were spider webs.
