Terrible noise proofing, you could hear neighbors alarm going off, how they watch tv or speak Bedding, pillows and towels need to be urgently changed. You cant go wrong with this place in belgrade!

One of the host we met was a very friendly guy, he texted us when we are arriving and he was there waiting for us on time. He even recommended some restaurants and was utterly helpful! The room was beautiful and clean. You also have some equipment for cooking (pans, salt, stove). Location is top, everything is in a walking distance and there are dozens of buses running next to the apartment.

There was only one small pillow for each, but no other negatives at all.

Very convenient and homily stay

The Location was just perfect. We had take A1 bus from airport RSD400 and bus 23 (free). The accommodation was as expected. Spacious, clean and very homely. The city is very beautiful and convenient. Free buses all around Belgrade city.

The bed was not comfortable, the elevator is very tinny 02 people can't fit at same time with baggage.

Nice and central stay

The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, with a few basic kitchen necessities provided, which we greatly appreciated. The air conditioning was a real lifesaver during our stay, as it reached 40°C outside.

There were a few hairs on the bed sheets, which we assume might be an unavoidable result of the washing or cleaning process. We simply removed them ourselves. Additionally, the holder for the handheld shower was broken and could not be adjusted. However, as there was also a large overhead shower available, the handheld one was not strictly necessary.

If sleeping comfortably is important, this may not be the right place

Location is great, with a bakery and bar right next door. Close to transports and easy walk to the city center. Nice balcony

Hard to sleep, bed and pillows are not comfortable, and the curtains could barely keep any of the light out. The room always had some light and it makes it very hard to sleep. Great if you're an early riser with the sun, waking up at 5 every day. You have to pay cash, no other alternatives.

Good location, good internet, quite comfortable bathroom, windows facing the courtyard and no noise from the street.

The apartment was very smoky, we had the windows and the door to the balcony open all the time, but the smell had not gone away in a few days. The mattress on the bed and pillows should already be replaced, the mattress was sagging and creaking, there were lumps in the pillows, it was very uncomfortable and bad to sleep.

Excellent stay

Appartment is located in the city centre, so it is very convenient for tourists who want to explore the capital. It is modern, clean, smells nice and the most importantly comfortable. Owner was very kind to us and he was responsive too. I would recommend it!

Very nice place to stay in Belgrade

The location and the host are great! I appreciated the large screen, nicely decorated room and bathroom. The bed was relatively comfortable. The entire apartment felt clean. I loved that the host provided some free snacks, not just because something was provided free of charge, but because od the attention towards guests.

The aparment is very bright in the early morning, with the window shades not covering the entire window area. There is a tram line right in front of the apartment, so some noise could have been heard. Not a major concern for me, but perhaps worth noting.

Amazing location, the very center of the city is a few minute walk away, the property was just like in the picture, very clean, the host was super welcoming and hospitable, very quiet having in mind it’s in the center of the city, all small appliances are there in case you need them, easy checkin and checkout.

Beautiful room fully equipped.

Big size room, beautiful decoration, very comfortable king size bed. A small fitted kitchen is present if needed. Host was extremely nice to check us in at our requested time.

After a couple days a strong drainage smell started to come out of the bathroom. Fortunately this was our last day otherwise I don't think we could have stayed longer without it being fixed. This needs to be fixed and is the reason it doesn't get an excellent score from us.

There was a jacuzzi in the room that we didn't see on the booking site because the bubbles dont work, the host told us that we can still use it as a bath tub, so I tried and I got a electro shock which luckily didnt do much harm but alot of dangerous things can happen when you combine electricity and water. The room was quite dusty and the shower won't drain properly so you will have a flooded shower after 2 people shower. We were backpacking so we didn't mind taking stairs (2 floors). The tiny elevator works sometimes. No proper daylight in the room.

There was broken glass in the room upon check in and used towels from previous guests. Photos of different rooms are mixed together, so I imagined the room differently. Water was pouring from a tap and also was raising from a sewer making frightening noises even at night. After turning off the tap hot water goes on flowing, so I burned my hands several times. The sewerage stinks and I had to keep all the doors and windows open all the time to let fresh air in. A rotten orange was left as a treat. The host refused to print out registration document (beli karton) for us and suggested to do it by myself.

I like the location it was central

The room service clean didn't done the whole stay. Bed siht changed only once and bed shit was not good strutted ( not irond). The TV was good with many channels and wifi was excellent. But the TV was very high under ceiling. Very difficult to watching TV. The owner was very nice guy. 👌. But the payment problem only cash no voucher or resepte . Payment only cash big money is difficult
