Modern and nice place to stay

The apartment is very spacious and modern, with really quality furniture. It has underground garage which was really convenient and easy to access with elevator. However, cleaning company (I guess they hire someone to clean it) should do better job. New apartments are sometimes harder to keep clean then older ones (like this one which had exceptional furniture and therefore the cleanness is expected to be at the level). But all together, it is nice place to stay in this part of the town.

We did not get 5th set of bedsheets. The person who welcomed us with keys advice to call the owner, but it was quite late, so we did not do it and managed with what we had. Since in booking was stated 2 adults and 3 kids, we expected the 5th set.

Too much money for such a service.

Location is good and the flat itself looks nice.

~Flat needs deep cleaning ( cleaning lady was very polite, but she should also have some extra help sometimes to keep such a flat for that price in a higher level ) • bathrooms - cleanliness in general + hairs everywhere, bad smell from the bathroom, dust on the radiators, shower and the walls in it should be better cleaned, especially walls and corners from tiles which are almost red from dirty and kalk • iron should be cleaned • everything in the kitchen should be better cleaned / toaster/ coffee Maschine ( water still in ) / fridge…. But we didn’t used any of that • bed linen damaged and bleached + many hairs on it • dirty home shoes in the regal should be actually removed, just as everything else what someone already used ~Technician or the owner should have better overview and repair several things: • toilet seat almost falling off • toilet splash not working in one bathroom • pipe in the shower should be checked, because water was not going fast enough during showering ~Only one key for the flat change our plans and limited our going out, especially because of the very simple door lock for which one keys are needed from the outside locking. I texted to the property through the Booking, asking for extra key if it’s possible, but never got the answer

The location was amazing, the apartment was spacious, Car parking was great the apartment in general is good.

The apartment wasn’t well maintained and housekeeping needs to be improved. I attached some photos of the apartment and I have more. I didn’t mention lots of stuff because I couldn’t change my booking and I loved the location. 1- The water boiler was super dirty and I wasn’t able to clean it. 2- The AC in the living room was dripping water. 3- The Socket in the living room was out of its place. 4- The pillows had stains. 5- The iron was leaking water. 6- No washing machine products. 7- The master bedroom shower was blocked and water wasn’t flowing in the drain, which caused a bad smell. 8- Some lights were not working. I hope all these things to be fixed because I would love to stay there again.

A new way to stay in Belgrade! Belgrade Waterfront is magnificent between luxury and convenience.

We had a person waiting for us till very very late, he had little english but we made it work. Really no hussle check-in. The apartment is very big especially for Belgrade. Beds were supercomforable and the silence was impressive. The new neighbour is grand! it will for sure get even better but it is already quite impressive. Very convenient the parking space.

He did not explain well that we had to switch on the water heater so the next morning we did not have warm water... Maybe leaving instructions on the table could have helped everybody! The apartment is not very well maintained it already shows signs of people passing by... also it could have been nice to have a little bit more toilet paper and a some bottled water. We did appreciate though the espresso machine!

its a pitty that its such a new buliding and already falling apart. furniture and doors very cheap material. Door handle in the rooms falls of. doors to the balcony dont open easy. bed sheets, pillows and mattress were very bad quality. but i still would recommend it for a short stay. definitely not for a long term stay.

The apartment is comfortable. It is located in a new building and furnished with all that you need. There are a lot of food shops and cafes around. And it is not far from the city center and the Tesla Museum.

It's a bit noisy at night because of the construction of another building nearby. And it's hard to communicate with the host. He promised to do a tourist registration for us, but he didn't.

the property is brand new, the location is spot on, the size is more than enough for 3 ppl, comfy and stylish. smart TVs in every room, complementary coffees, some drinks and an underground parking. 2 good sized balconies, easy communication w/ the owner on WhatsApp

we found some black hair throughout the property when we arrived (we’re 3 blondes so certainly weren’t ours), other than that - nothing to complain about.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν καινούργιο και αρκετά καθαρό. Είχε μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια και δύο μπάνιο. Η περιοχή ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή!

Savršen smještaj, jako prostran čak je dosta veći stan uživo nego na slikama. Jako čisto i uredno, cijeli stan lijepo miriše i ima sve potrebno u njemu. Lokacija odlična, u blizini se nalazi veliki broj lokala, radnji za shopping i market. Parking obezbjeđen i laka komunikacija sa gazdom. Ocjena bi bila 11/10. Sve preporuke

Офигенная квартира в торговом месте, но немного недоухожена

Квартира в отличном районе, большая, с удобствами, такого большой телевизор мы только в магазинах видели.

Окна открываются сложно, странно что их не чинят, а просто просят посильнее приложить усилия. Сшив стиралки был не в трубе, пришлось сообщить и ждать человека, который поправил это, видно что это не впервые. Таблеток для стирки не было, принесли, когда попросили, для посудомойки нет.

Очень комфортная квартира для пребывания в Белграде

Очень хорошее расположение, было тепло в квартире даже при морозах. Много места. Два санузла. Тёплый подъезд. Подземный паркинг. Можно выбрасывать мусор через мусоропровод, а не искать где выбросить на улице. Рядом много небольших магазинов. В 20 минутах ходьбы от центра города, в 7 минутах от большого торгового центра.

Если много людей, не хватает бойлера на купание.
