Agence Cocoonr offers you this superb flat in Toulouse, designed and decorated by an interior designer, just a stone's throw from the famous Place du Capitole. This 50 m² apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is located on the 1st floor (no lift). Thanks to its high ceilings and large windows, it is bathed in light. It comprises An entrance hall, a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The flat has mobile air conditioning and a fan.
The accommodation comprises

- a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including a hob, fridge and Nespresso machine
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and storage space
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC (please note that this room is very small)
The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant and sometimes a little noisy environment, close to the emulation of a city centre. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park close to the flat (Indigo underground pay car park, Place du Capitole).
