The Cocoonr agency in Toulouse offers this superb 61 m² two-bedroom air-conditioned apartment with wifi (fiber optics) for rent, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an entrance hall, an attractive living room with high ceilings, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with shower room and plenty of storage space, and a separate toilet. Cleaning is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with lounge and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room
- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space
- A bathroom with shower and double washbasin
- Separate WC
The apartment is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby at the Indigo d'Esquirol underground parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest metro station: Esquirol - line A is a 3-minute walk away.
- Nearest train station: Toulouse Matabiau via metro line A or on foot in 20 min.
- Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac via airport shuttle (many stops in town center).

Lamazou This place is perfectly located, it is in walkable distance from everything. Having air-con was amazing during the hot weather.

Lamazou Great spot. In walking distance of everything. Lovely size. Piyy the sofas in the lovely lounge were extremely uncomfortable. Other than that it was great.

Lamazou Nice, spacious, and clean apartment. Conveniently located in the Capitol neighborhood -- sites accessible by foot, nice restaurants around. There is a bar around the corner from the apartment which gets noisy on Friday nights. The windows are quite effective at blocking out the noise however if you are a light sleeper I would recommend bringing ear plugs.
