Welcome to your home away from home while you visit Puerto Vallarta. This gorgeous beachside property boasts a stunning ocean view with with modern kitchen, dining and living space, beautiful large view terrace, 3 spacious bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. Perfect for families or groups of friends.
Our Condo and Building offers the following features:
Perfect Location
Located right on Amapas Beach, with private beach access. Easy access via quick beach walk to Los Muertos Beach and a 10–15-minute walk into town (or easy Taxi/Uber ride) to enjoy all the restaurants, shops and nightlife.
The Unit is located in the middle of the 7th floor. This is a prime location with easy access at the lobby level where you are high enough to get the pier and city views in addition to unobstructed ocean and sunset views, yet you are close enough to the beach level you can hear the soothing ocean wave sounds.
Unit Interior
Three bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. In unit washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. comfortable living area with big screen TV, dining room table, large balcony area for enjoying the incredible ocean/beach/town/pier/sunset views.
Amenities:
Sayan Beach condominium building is considered to be one of Puerto Vallarta’s best! The location is perfect, close enough for easy access to town and all the restaurants, shopping and nightlife, yet far enough from the hubbub to be relaxing. An on-site restaurant and 2 bars for the exclusive use of owners and guests means you never have to leave! The amazing Roof-top Infinity Pool, Jacuzzi and Bar, with breathtaking views is a favorite spot to relax and unwind and to watch the beautiful sunsets. On the lower level - enjoy 3 Additional Pools (including a shallow pool for children), Jacuzzi, a full Exercise Facility, Restaurant and bar, Fire Pit, and Private Beach Access.
Guests open a "Tab" as you check-in to enjoy the Restaurants, Bars and Room Service.
The Condo is fully staffed with exceptional employees and 24 Hour Security.
Full Concierge Service:
Our Unit Manager - Christian, is available for all your needs. He will be happy to buy groceries or specific items before you arrive (you can reimburse him for the cost of the items + 15% fee upon your arrival). He can arrange any excursions, restaurant reservations, massages, and is a wealth of knowledge of the local attractions.
You will be warmly welcomed by Christian or His Assistant upon check-In to show you the condo and the building amenities.

Our seven day stay was simply terrific. The unit and the amenities ended up even better than they looked online. The building combines a high level of privacy and amenities while being just a five minute walk to town. We couldn't have asked for more in a family vacation.

Check in was easy, condo is well appointed. beautiful views, close to Zona Romantica. Hosts were very accommodating. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. (waking up in the primary bedroom seeing the beautiful views of ocean and sky) We are already planning our next stay at this condo.
