Sayan Tropical Beachfront

We have stayed up and down the PV coastline for 15 years and this was by far the most beautiful location we’ve ever stayed, close to town but far enough away to feel removed. It was quiet, luxurious and very well appointed. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Hosts made it very special for us - thank you!

We highly recommend Keith and Rachel’s Sayan Tropical condominium. The complex overlooks Banderas Bay, has amazing pools, a well outfitted fitness center that also overlooks the water, easy access to busy and quiet beaches, its own reasonably priced, high-quality restaurant and bar, and a highly professional security and maintenance staff. The unit is on the 6th floor, the first floor with unobstructed views spanning from north to south and offers endless hours of restful entertainment gazing over the bay. During our January visit, we watched whales playing every day. Cooking at home is easy with a kitchen well-equipped with dishes, cookware, utensils, appliances, and household supplies. There are plenty of soft linens including lots of beach towels. It is also a great unit for remote work with sturdy desks in two of the three bedrooms, a printer and excellent Wi-Fi. Sayan residents are being extra careful with water consumption due to some neighborhood supply issues, which we found easy to plan around.
