Welcome to one of the finest condominium developments on the south side of Banderas Bay. The Sayan Tropical is located on Calle Santa Barbara at the corner of Leo Street. It is one km from the Malecon, strategically placed in the middle of Los Muertos, Amapas and Conchas Chinas beaches. CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge.
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6)
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services
Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.

Everything about this property was amazing. First off, it has 4 bedrooms so we had plenty of room for our kids and their significant others and us to stay in the same place rather than in separate rooms at a resort. The beds are crazy comfy! The unit was really clean and really well equipped. We did not cook much more than breakfast and cocktails but you could easily make any meals you wanted in the kitchen. The location is perfect! We love Zona Rom which was a 15 min walk from this property so super easy to grab lunch tacos then get back to the pool. The beach is lovely with nice sand and nice waves and tide pools. It is "natural" and rocky which we like. It is a public beach but never crowded. The pools are amazing! Super clean and we always had plenty of chairs etc. In fact, a lot of the time we were the only ones enjoying the pool. The fitness room is well equipped and I used it twice in the week. There is a nice sauna and a cold plunge pool too! A real highlight is the restaurant and bar! Great drinks and food and service! You can eat in the restaurant area which is basically al fresco and the staff will serve down at the pool. The entire property is clean and quiet! There is a 24 hour doorman(person) always helpful in getting a taxi or answering any questions about where we were off to. We do not play but the tennis courts are great and well used. This was our third vacation in PV and we will be going back many timesand nowhere but this property!!

Gorgeous luxury condo with a beautiful view of the bay. Close to the Romantic Zone and Old Town. The condo was fully staffed and stocked with all the necessary amenities, very comfortable beds, and a wonderful terrace and excellent kitchen. The staff on the property were friendly and accommodating and took care of all our needs. I highly recommend this beautiful condo! We had a wonderful vacation! Thank you!
