Spacious condo in excellent condition. View is great and yes you can see the humpback whales. The building complex is excellently maintained and the restaurant food was very good. Gym is a good size and well supplied. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Any time anything came up Tom was quickly on top of it. All good! Lots of restaurants a few minutes away by Uber or walkable if you like walking.

Tom was very welcoming and highly responsive to requests and needs for us. The Sayan and its staff are one and d the best places to stay in Puerta Vallarta and Toms corner home does not disappoint. I would stay again in a heartbeat !

Sayan Beach is a great place to stay if you want amazing views. The place is luxurious, our host was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly.
I was staying with my partner and 2 other couples in this 3 br. Everyone loved the place. I would totally stay here again!
