The Master Bedroom offers the best views of the property with a large wraparound balcony, perfect for gathering with loved ones to watch the sunset over the bay and city lights. With a spacious walk-in closet and bathroom featuring two separate showers for convenience.
Bedroom #2, located just down the hall, also offers a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and private balcony.
Bedroom #3, adjacent to Bedroom #2, features two twin beds, ensuite bathroom and access to private wrap around balcony.
Bedroom #4, located on the lower level, offers two twin beds, an ensuite bathroom, and access to lower level main balcony.

Our host was responsive to our needs and communicative. Our stay occurred during the cartel uprising on 2/22/26. Our host kept us updated, safe, and fed. They even delivered groceries for our group while we sheltered in place! They also arranged sending our laundry out at their cost while the washer and dryer in the house were broken.The house, location, and amenities cannot be beaten, though those stairs take some getting used to. The cleanliness could use some very minor improvements (there was some hair in a shower and the floors left feet or socks black) and some extra bath towels would be helpful. All in all, the house and host were beyond exceptional and

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! Our host responded to every question or need within minutes. There were staff nearby to fix or refill anything but also we were given our privacy at all times. Great communication. The photos do not do this place justice! Every room is clean, unique, and spacious. Also, you really can’t ask for a more gorgeous view with a pool that you’ll never want to leave. We were able to walk into town within minutes which was such a benefit for our group. Thank you for making our weekend so special!!

A beautiful listing, that needs TLC. We arrived to a hot main room, two upstairs bedrooms with AC that was still receiving maintenance, a kitchen with an extremely foul odor and no hot water in any showers except for one. Initially host was responsive and Manny was on location for immediate help. As the evening continued communication stopped and we additionally had begun to deal with critters in the main bedroom (ants, lizards and roaches)After contacting VRBO to escalate our concerns it took them two attempts to reach the host to further inform them of then continued issues we were having. We were told maintenance would be on property the next day to correct the odor showers and the air, and to make sure all windows and doors were closed to keep critters out(which we already been doing.) The second day the air issues, showers and odor were fixed… we were informed that the boiler for half the showers was OFF. Nightly we continually fought with lizards and bugs on and around the bed. The layout of the home is odd, you enter the home through the main bedroom and the kitchen is completely separate(and hot) from the rest of the home, not a cozy/comfortable vibe overall. We’ve stayed in PVR many times and this stay was by far our least favorite. Poor attention to details on cleanliness and uncomfortably hot rooms. The closeness and proximity to things are great and Manny was extremely helpful.
