About this apartment rental

Nestled amongst towering oak trees, in the northwest section of Corvallis, this private, second-floor, one-bedroom apartment has everything a traveling professional or summer grad student could need.

There is open, unreserved parking, in any area that is not covered.

A city bus (free!) stops right in front of the complex, and routes go to OSU, Samaritan, and downtown.
Uber and Lyft are other options, and bike parking is available in this cycle-friendly town.

You will have a personal code to the front door’s SmartLock, and a key fob to use at the pool/fitness center.

Upon booking, you will be asked to sign a renter’s agreement, and submit ID.
For stays of 30+ days, an additional background check willl be done, by the complex’ management.
