No need to rent a car! Walk to OSU football, baseball games! Over sized fully fenced back yard with firepit to relax near the Corvallis Community Center, play some pickle ball and enjoy the sand volleyball courts. Cozy house near campus activities with large driveway with ample room for two cars for off street parking.
Close to shopping, coffee and dining. This is a vibrant student neighborhood so on a rare occasion the night can be a little loud for a light sleeper. It’s a quick walk to campus and centrally located to nearby hiking or a pleasant walk to downtown. No pets and no RV hook up please. No electric vehicle charging.

This was a very well maintained cute home downtown in a very good neighborhood. Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood both day and night as it felt very safe. There were lots of students and adults out and about ..walk to all amenities, campus, restaurants and shopping. The house is older but updated and very clean. The backyard is fenced, large and has a nice firepit. Would recommend to anyone who wants to be in the heart of Corvallis for their stay.

I almost don’t even want to share, as I’d like to keep it “our secret”, but we really love this place. It was our second stay and it’s just so comfortable and cozy. It’s extremely convenient to campus with great parking and a fenced back yard for our fur babies. Very well stocked. The furnishings are welcoming and bright, beds are comfortable and it meets all of our needs plus more. It’s somewhere that you will want to relax and enjoy. Thanks you for another great stay.

We loved our stay at this cute cottage near OSU campus! Cottage was very clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and it was the perfect gathering place to visit my son who is a student at OSU. Perfect well sized fully fenced yard for our golden retriever. We visited our daughter and son in law and the four of us stayed in the VRBO, along with their 2 dogs. The location worked well (close to campus for their classes and work) and the backyard was great for the dogs. Very responsive communication... we will definitely stay again when we visit.
