Wow! This is a fantastic place to stay in Corvallis! The townhome was very clean, very nicely decorated, and exceptionally well-stocked. There were plenty of sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels, cleaning supplies (dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, laundry soap, etc.). The kitchen was stocked with olive oil, salt & pepper, and spices. There are plenty of glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, plates & bowls. There's also a coffee maker, a toaster, and an assortment of utensils, pots & pans. The owner has also included a lot of thoughtful touches, such as a bag of coffee for guests and a drawer full of travel-sized toiletry items in case something was forgotten at home. There are several books for those rainy days and several travel guides for the sunny ones. Be sure to read through the property binder as the owner has included a list of some good local restaurants. We tried several and they didn't disappoint. By far, the biggest hit for us was the enclosed patio/garden. It is a beautiful space and we spent a great deal of time enjoying it when the weather allowed. The townhome is located in a very quiet neighborhood which made for restful nights. A few miscellaneous notes: the wifi worked well for us during our entire stay. We used the washer & dryer several times, but only used one TV briefly (we tend to stream on our mobile devices). There's a grill on the patio, but we didn't make use of it. Having the garage available for use (with the provided remote opener) was extremely helpful. We had a party of 3 for our 10-day stay, and the townhome accommodated us comfortably. Our daughter just started grad school at OSU, so we'll definitely be traveling to Corvallis again, and when we do, I'll stay here again in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful visit. The house was clean and charming. I really appreciated how quiet it was. I also enjoyed hiking on the nearby trails.

The place was very clean and quiet. We would def book there again. The beds were comfortable, shower plumbing is a little dated and show heads are low, H2O heaters is limited to about 2 showers then have to wait for it to heat-up again. Not really a problem just good to know planning wise. Only thing which was a little odd was there were a lot of sticky notes everywhere with directions. I get it but kind of takes away from the charm.

We stayed 3 nights at this townhouse over the OSU graduation weekend. We were 10 minutes from every place we needed to be. We enjoyed coffee at home in the morning and wine on the patio in the evening. The house is nicely decorated, especially the main living space and the master bedroom. We slept so well! Logistics were smooth and we'd return again and stay longer. There's so much to do in the Corvallis area.

This townhouse is perfect in nearly every way. First off, you will never find a quieter or more peaceful rental. The townhouse feels like it was recently remodeled and decorated and is very pretty. Everything about the place was clean and comfortable. The private patio/garden area was very serene. The overall location is very convenient to everything Corvallis has to offer. We also loved having a garage where we could leave our mountain bikes when we took a day trip to the coast. We did find the kitchen was lacking a spatula, so we bought one and left it there for the next guests who might want to make pancakes! Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

We rented Kathryn's property 5 days for what was, initially, to spend Christmas with our older son and fiance. Surprise! We also had a wedding! We had a lot of in and out, and the two car garage with openers really made it nice in the middle of winter. Our younger son stayed with us. The two bedroom, two full bath set up worked perfect. The living room was roomy and had two nice couches to relax on. We did not cook, but the kitchen provided the basics. The area was very quiet and centrally located, near a park and athletic club that is included. Lovely patio that would be perfect in summer, but chilly for 36 degrees. The property was very clean and organized and showed pride of ownership. We would rent here again.

The Guyman home is one of the best rentals we have ever made. Mrs. Guyman has decorated it in a most beautiful way, with so many nice artistic touches, including the decorator pillows and clocks. The appointments in the master bedroom are lovely and we appreciated so much drawer and closet space for storage. Our favorite spot was the patio, where we spent many hours enjoying the atmosphere and the landscaping. It is in a perfect setting in a wonderful neighborhood. This condo is very well maintained, with cleanliness being very important to us, and very presentable to rental clients. (Kathryn, we took our shoes off in respect to your fine carpeting.) Thanks for the security of the entry procedures. Very unique and effective. We recommend this rental condo very highly. Five Stars!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Kathryn's excellent townhouse. Everything you might need is provided, the beds are comfortable, the house is clean and well-furnished, and there are many special touches to make the home attractive and inviting. The enclosed patio area with an outdoor dining table is a nice feature. The location is quiet, pleasant, and handy to the university and other Corvallis places. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We would stay at this townhouse again whenever we are in Corvallis.
