Immaculate great location townhome

Wow! This is a fantastic place to stay in Corvallis! The townhome was very clean, very nicely decorated, and exceptionally well-stocked. There were plenty of sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels, cleaning supplies (dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, laundry soap, etc.). The kitchen was stocked with olive oil, salt & pepper, and spices. There are plenty of glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, plates & bowls. There's also a coffee maker, a toaster, and an assortment of utensils, pots & pans. The owner has also included a lot of thoughtful touches, such as a bag of coffee for guests and a drawer full of travel-sized toiletry items in case something was forgotten at home. There are several books for those rainy days and several travel guides for the sunny ones. Be sure to read through the property binder as the owner has included a list of some good local restaurants. We tried several and they didn't disappoint. By far, the biggest hit for us was the enclosed patio/garden. It is a beautiful space and we spent a great deal of time enjoying it when the weather allowed. The townhome is located in a very quiet neighborhood which made for restful nights. A few miscellaneous notes: the wifi worked well for us during our entire stay. We used the washer & dryer several times, but only used one TV briefly (we tend to stream on our mobile devices). There's a grill on the patio, but we didn't make use of it. Having the garage available for use (with the provided remote opener) was extremely helpful. We had a party of 3 for our 10-day stay, and the townhome accommodated us comfortably. Our daughter just started grad school at OSU, so we'll definitely be traveling to Corvallis again, and when we do, I'll stay here again in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful visit. The house was clean and charming. I really appreciated how quiet it was. I also enjoyed hiking on the nearby trails.

The place was very clean and quiet. We would def book there again. The beds were comfortable, shower plumbing is a little dated and show heads are low, H2O heaters is limited to about 2 showers then have to wait for it to heat-up again. Not really a problem just good to know planning wise. Only thing which was a little odd was there were a lot of sticky notes everywhere with directions. I get it but kind of takes away from the charm.

We stayed 3 nights at this townhouse over the OSU graduation weekend. We were 10 minutes from every place we needed to be. We enjoyed coffee at home in the morning and wine on the patio in the evening. The house is nicely decorated, especially the main living space and the master bedroom. We slept so well! Logistics were smooth and we'd return again and stay longer. There's so much to do in the Corvallis area.
