When you arrive, the living room welcomes you. It is divided into three spaces:- The comfortable living room with its flat screen- An open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included)- Meal space for 6 This room opens onto the famous terrace, furnished with an outdoor living room as well as a barbecue and electric plancha. The first parental suite, designed for people with reduced mobility, will offer you a king size bedding (180cm) a large closet, an office space and its private shower room. The second bedroom will offer a queen size bedding (160cm) and a large closet for more comfort. The second shower room (including WC) completes the apartment space. Note: air conditioning is only available for heating. AFFAIRS After a few steps on your street, the Ordan dead end, you can, of choice and in less than four minutes:- Join the beach of Mouré Rouge to set foot in the water or sit on the terrace to sip a cocktail.- Enjoy the village atmosphere of Palm Beach and make all your practical shopping in our pretty shops (bouquetrie, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket...)- Walk on the Croisette.- Change the atmosphere and take the sun on a bench in the Hesperides garden. And in less than ten minutes by car:- Join the Palais des Congrès- Take the train to discover the French Riviera- Browse the city centre PRACTICAL INFORMATION Parking is free in the surrounding streets.Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...)Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 31 October.In case of climatic necessity these dates may be changed. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
