PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

From the entrance, you step directly into the main living area.

The living room features a lounge space with large sliding glass doors opening onto the garden, bringing in natural light throughout the day.

The open-plan kitchen extends from the living space and is fully equipped with everything needed for everyday cooking.

The garden surrounds the apartment and naturally extends the living areas, benefiting from both south and east exposure.

The sleeping area includes two bedrooms:

- A main bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and wardrobe

- A second bedroom, also equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm)

Two shower rooms with WC complete the night area.

Please note: the apartment is not equipped with reversible air conditioning but features an air cooler.

From Cannes train station: approximately 10 minutes by car

Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
