The living area with its large bay window opens onto a furnished terrace with outdoor seating for 6 and sun loungers.
Inside:
- A comfortable living room with a sofa bed and smart TV
- An open, fully equipped kitchen with a bar and six high stools
- The master bedroom features a queen-size bed (160cm), while the second bedroom offers two separate beds.
- Both bedrooms have built-in closets and direct access to the terrace.
- A spacious shower room (with integrated WC) and an additional separate WC complete the space.
WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
A few steps along Avenue des Hespérides will take you in under two minutes to:
- Mouré Rouge beach
- La Croisette promenade
- Jardin des Hespérides for a change of scenery
- Place de l’Étang
And in under ten minutes by car, you can:
- Reach the Palais des Festivals
- Take the train to explore the French Riviera
- Discover the city center or shop along Rue d’Antibes
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Communal parking.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
We inform you that in order to finalize any reservation, external secure links are transmitted to you as part of our internal organization.

Joli et confortable appartement mais bruyant... car mal isolé. Dommage car très bien équipé.
Terrasse très grande et agréable.
On reviendra malgré le bruit, avec des boules quies, et tout ira pour le mieux.
Super bien placé, proche plage et centre ville.

The accommodation corresponded to our expectations, traffic disturbed location, but it is because the central location so it was no surprise to us.
