- A beautiful living room with a sofa bed for two people, flat-screen TV, coffee table, and direct access to the terrace and veranda.
- A large, fully equipped independent kitchen. It also has access to the veranda where you will find a table for meals.
- The master bedroom with a queen-size bed and direct access to the terrace.
- A second bedroom with two single beds, an independent shower room, and access to the second terrace.
- An Italian-style shower room.
- Separate toilets.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
The property is 30 minutes on foot from the train station, 20 minutes by bus, or via private chauffeur, which we can arrange for you through our concierge service.
Driving? You have private parking, and free street parking is available.
WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in the heart of the Palm Beach district, the surroundings offer a charming “village” atmosphere. Within a 5-minute walk, access all the shops: supermarkets, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, hair salon.
Want to head to downtown Cannes? Walk to the famous Croisette and reach the Palais des Congrès in 20 minutes along the sea and luxury boutiques, or take public transportation with bus stops just a few steps from your accommodation.
The Palais des Festivals is also a 20-minute walk away.

Free parking on the same street as the accommodation, with private parking.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
We inform you that in order to finalize any reservation, external secure links are transmitted to you as part of our internal organization.

Très bel appartement avec sa terrasse très agréable - beau dégagement et une jolie vue sur la mer.
Très lumineux et pratique (commerces en bas de l'immeuble )
Certains équipements (cuisine/terrasse ) sont a renouveler mais dans l'ensemble très satisfait du confort /prestations.
Arrête de bus en bas également très pratique pour rejoindre les plages de la croisette et le centre
Arrivée tardive qui n'a pas posé de problème , personnel de l'agence tres agréable
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !
