HOUSING
This three rooms crossing in the heart of the Palm beach will offer you everything you need for any family with:
- A contemporary and refined decoration to feel at home.
- A beautiful living room with a large bay window giving access to the garden, with sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV and dining table for six people.
- A kitchen open to the living room with everything you need, but also all the appliances worthy of a fully equipped kitchen and all the family dishes!
- A landscaped and private garden of 130m2 in which you can relax as you wish, on deckchairs or comfortable sofas. Pool view as a bonus.
- A first bedroom with two single beds of 90cm, which can be paired to create a double bed, as well as a large closet opening onto the garden.
- A second en suite bedroom with a large double bed opening onto the back of the garden, with a shower room (suitable for people with reduced mobility) and toilet.
- A second shower room in the entrance with toilet also.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Access to the property in 30 minutes walk from the station, 20 minutes by bus or by private driver, which we can handle for you via our concierge service.
Are you being transported? Parking is free on the street.

Would you like to go to the center of Cannes? Join the famous Croisette and head to the Palais des Congrès in a 20 minute walk between the sea and the luxury shops, or take public transport with the bus stops just steps away from your accommodation.
The Festival Palace is a 20-minute walk away.

Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.
Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
