This apartment located 150 metres from the port of Mouré Rouge and the beaches, will welcome you for a stay a few steps from the sea, which you can start to enjoy from the large terrace on the top floor with its stunning views to the islands of Lérins.

- Join the beach of the Mouré Rouge to set foot in the water or set up a restaurant terrace.
- Enjoy the village atmosphere of Palm Beach and make all your practical shopping in our pretty shops (bouquetrie, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, post office...)
- Walk on the Croisette between fine sandy beaches and luxury shops.
And in less than ten minutes by car:
- Go to the mythical Festival Palace.
- Take the train to discover the other jewels of the region like Antibes, Nice, Monaco.
- Do your shopping on Antibes Street.

Free parking on the very street of the accommodation. Small garage closed in basement in the residence.

Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.
Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
We inform you that in order to finalize any reservation, secure external links are sent to you as part of our internal organization.
