Das Appartement ist hell und sauber, es hat alle Geräte die man benötigt. Waschmaschine, Tumbler, Spühlmaschine, etc.
Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, Bäckerei und Süpermarkt sind fussläufig erreichbar. Auch der Strand ist nahe.
Es gab einige Probleme mit dem WIFI. Es hat in diesem Teil von Cannes nicht allzuviele Restaurants und in die Altstadt ist es etwa eine halbe zu Fuss oder man nimmt den Bus. Der Verkehr in Cannes ist recht chaotisch.

It’s 5 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from Cannes downtown and is in a nice and safe part of Cannes with shops within 5 minutes walking distance.
The apartment is simple and modern, it must have been recently refurbished and so was the house.
The apartment is well-equipped, but the washing and drying machines were particularly useful.
Communications with the agency was smooth and efficient.
The house is about 100 meters from a railway line, thus you can hear the trains when you’re on the balcony or have the windows opened.
The balcony overlooks the street and is on the first floor, so it’s not really intimate.
The garage proved to be small for our car, we had to park on the street, but we always found a place nearby and in this part of Cannes parking is free of charge.
