- The famous terrace with a dining table for 6 people and a sofa for endless readings in the rising sun. There is also a view of the swimming pool, sea and islands of Lérins.

- A first blind room, jungle atmosphere, with two single beds and an open shower.
- A second bedroom, chic & elegant atmosphere, with queen size bed, large closet, small independent terrace and marble shower room to fall.
- A third bedroom, bohemian atmosphere, with double bed and open shower room.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Access to the property in 12 minutes by car or 23 minutes by bus from Cannes Train Station.
30 minutes by car from Nice Côtes d'Azur airport.

AFFAIRS
At the departure of the residence you can, at your option, and in less than a few minutes:
- Join the midday beaches.
- Join the beaches of La Croisette, or walk between the palaces and cafes. (8/9 minutes)
- Visit the streets of old Cannes and its Suquet district. (5 min)
- You will also easily access Cannes La bocca (5 min), and its beaches, shops and supermarkets.
And to make your life easier, a concierge service all your desires!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Animals are prohibited in the accommodation.
Free parking on the very street of the accommodation, with parking within the residence.
Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)
The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 22:00 in the winter, and 23:00 in the summer.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
We inform you that in order to finalize any reservation, secure external links are sent to you as part of our internal organization.
