About this villa rental
The villa will make you feel at home with family, friends or for your business trips.
Located in Cannes Grand Parc, a secure fenced estate with 24 hour security personnel as seen in our photo, in the Croix des Gardes - a 35 acre parkland from which you can admire the stunning views over Cannes and the clear blue Mediterranean sea and take leisurely walks in the peaceful woodland surrounded by mimosa, eucalyptus & pine trees. A high quality villa with a large shaded terrace where you can eat, read or just relax & take in the peaceful surroundings which opens onto a garden with olive trees, beautiful plants & manicured lawn all of which is tended by a gardener and water irrigation system. A place to relax either in the sun or in the shade. The garden is fully enclosed making it ideal for young children. The villa is close to Cannes centre with the Croisette, Rue d'Antibes, shops, restaurants, beaches and all the activities on offer in the region.
Downstairs: Entrance opening on a large air conditioned living room and dining area, plus separate kitchen with full cooking facilities, 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate toilet and air conditioning with a beautiful view and access to the garden.
Upstairs: 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet and air conditioning and a further 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds or double beds and both with air conditioning with 2 en-suite shower rooms , 3 separate toilets.
To make your stay perfect we provide you with free ultra fast internet connection. There is a 50 inch smart TV in the lounge and a 43 inch smart TV in one bedroom.
The villa has 2 parking spaces.

There is a shopping centre 10 minutes walk and 3 minutes drive from the villa where you will find a Supermarket, Pharmacy, Baker, Post office, Pizza restaurant, cafe/bar, hair and beauty parlour and gym all within walking distance from the villa. As well as the 2 swimming pools, there is a children's play area.

The property is very clean, in a quiet area, with a responsive property manager. The backyard is nice, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The size is good, with air conditioning and an attractive garden.
