Not recommended at all!!

The only good thing is the balcony view. However, it is not possible to enjoy it as the air conditioner is on the balcony and it blows hot air.

The property is advertised as air conditioned. However, they fail to mention that there is ONLY air conditioning in the living room, which doesn’t even properly cool it, and the 2 bedroom’s temperature is usually around 32oC. There is a fan that barely blows any air in each room. Completely hot, a full on oven. We had to sleep with 2 toddlers plus grandma in a mattress of the floor in the living room plus a sofa bed. And on top of everything, we had to empty a dirty bucket of water twice a day so that the balcony would not flood. The apartment does not have the necessary supplies that usually the host leaves, not even paper towels. There is not even a coffee machine that works as the one they have is broken. The bathroom is not clean, it really is not a nice place. Completely different from what they offer. And to top things off, the host never replies to the messages, we wrote about the temperature in the apartment and they did not even acknowledged or reply.

الحمام ليس له غفل- المكيف لا يبرد - الغسالة مزعجة - التلفزيون لايعمل - المضلة خربانة - نقص في الشراشف واللحافات - ماء ينزل من المكيف بالسطل وعلينا إخلائه حتى لا نؤذي الجيران - واجهتنا مشكلة بموقف السيارة ولكن لحسن اخلاق اصحاب العمارة قدرنا نحلها ، سيارتي فان كبيرة وان أوقفتها بالموقف الرابع والمحدد لي سأضايق الاخرين

die gegen ist sehr schön , ich würde nicht mehr diese Wohnung nehmen trotz die gute Lage. Sanierung

die Sicht war sehr schön ,ruhige Lage trotz Zug in der nähe. Betten und Sofa bequem. schöne Garten Anlage. dusche sehr groß . ein Aufzug klein aber nützlich da es in vierte Stock ist.

Fliege Netz kaputt , kein funktionierende TV nur zwei Tage vor ende unsere Urlaub geht plötzlich wieder (muss jemand rein gekommen in unsere Abwesenheit). eine Stuhl kaputt, Gefrierfach dreckig mit Reste von Vorgänger, wände überall bemalt, Toilette sitz zum ersetzen, Fenster in Bad geht nicht zum öffnen (wir haben es nicht in bekommen und wollte nicht kaputt machen da es sehr wackelig war). und zu ende der Eimer von Klimaanlage eins bis zwei mal am Tag zu leeren obwohl wir hatten wie geschrieben nicht kälter als 21°C oder sehr selten ( ein glück das wir nicht für eine Nacht wo anders geschlafen haben sonst hätte die Nachbarn Überschwemmung). der Türöffner von oben hat nur einmal funktioniert sonst musste man jedes mal runter gehen aufzumachen...Der Wohnung hat viel potential aber er ist nicht in gute zustand

Nagy helyiségek, nagyon jól felszerelt. Tiszta ágynemű és törölközők vártak. Könnyen megközelíthető. Szép kilátás nyílik a tengerre és a hegyekre az erkélyről. Segítőkész, elérhető tulajdonos.

A tisztaságot lehet még fokozni.
