Newly renovated 3-rooms apartment in the heart of old Cannes, up to 6 persons

It's very very central, we're right in the middle of Old Town Cannes, just a couple mins walk and you will find the iconic "CANNES" letters & the church. The apartment is very new, fully equipped with everything you need, especially travelling with family.

I wish the host could have prepared a more detailed check-in list including where to find the key, possible car park options, where to throw rubbish, etc in one document so we can easily find it ourselves without bothering them multiple times. But they were very helpful and guide us through.

Location is great, close to everything. You can easily walk to the beach, tons of restaurants and outdoor cafes and patisseries. Apartment was clean and relatively comfortable. Linens and full kitchen provided. Two bathrooms was awesome, though showers are quite small and no extra toilet paper or laundry detergent was provided.

There are a few things you MUST know before you book: 1) This location is very confusing on Apple and Google Maps. If you are driving and park in Suquet Forville, DO NOT FOLLOW THE MAP. You will be directed up a very long staircase leading to a church with your bags and wonder why. In fact, all you need to do follow Rue de Suisses one block and turn right. 2) Driving to the apartment to drop off bags is very difficult. Don’t bother and just walk above route from the parking lot. If walking is difficult from the marina or beach, there is a convenient, free bus that can take you up the hill from the marina. 3) There is a dark staircase you will need to climb that has no light and is a little treacherous with bags. This did not feel safe. Also, the entire building smells of stale smoke. That was pretty unpleasant. Nice neighbors and great local restaurants and shops almost made up for it though.
