A069-Apt in residence with pool and sea view - Cannes

Super Lage. Man ist schnell am Strand. In ca 2 km ist man am Hafen von Cannes. Die Wohnung ist groß. Tolle bodentiefe Fenster im Wohnzimmer und dem Elternschlafzimmer. Die Aussicht aufs mehr war für uns das Highlight. Der Balkon ist sehr groß. Es gibt genügend Stühle und sogar eine Liege. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Von der Küche gibt es noch einen kleinen Balkon mit Wäscheleinen zum trocknen der Badesachen. Fester Tiefgaragenplatz direkt im Haus mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen. Großer sauberer Pool und sehr gepflegter Garten mit vielen duftenden Blumen. Gute ausführliche Beschreibung wie alles funktioniert - von der Abholung des Schlüssels bis zum Zugang zur Ferienwohnung/Tiefgarage.

Die Wohnanlage liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Schlafen mit offener Balkontür ist fast nicht möglich. Das bringt einfach die Lage mit sich. Wer hier in der Nähe des Strandes wohnen möchte, wird auch anderswo keine ruhiger gelegene Wohnung finden. Die beiden französischen Betten sind etwas kurz und durch den Rahmen des Bettgestells begrenzt, so dass man nicht einfach die Füße unten heraushängen lassen kann.

The apartment is in a great location, the garden and entrance are beautifully landscaped. The garage is a great advantage. The apartment is spacious with a large terrace and a perfect view of the sea.The advantage is the proximity to the sea and the beach.

The disadvantage may be that the accommodation is located by the road. When choosing accommodation, you will learn that you have to pay a deposit, but you will not learn that you actually have to approve a third party to access your credit card for a six-month period and without a limit.

Great location, nice view from the balcony and from the master bedroom. Appartement is in a gated premise and therefore safe and secure. Its also good that you can check-in any time - you simply have to self collect the keys (though few minutes drive away from the apartment itself). The living room is nice and comfy, also allowing a great view

The remote of the garage door and main entrance gate was not working (probably battery needs replacing). We were stuck inside the park garage for almost 20 mins, fortunately someone else were coming in and they opened the garage door (message was sent to the property manager, but no response). Then after we got out of the garage, we had same issue with opening the main courtyard gate (as it uses same remote). One of the bathrooms could not be locked from inside. For that one, the property manager did respond and offered to fix it if we would like to, but was not needed since we could manage) You also get a number of automated messages after the booking. Make sure to read them as one of them gives a separate link for the deposit.
