A spacious, light-filled living area (southeast exposure) with large bay windows opening onto a terrace, including:
- A lounge area (2 sofas, flat-screen TV, coffee table)
- A dining area for 6 with a sea view
- - An open kitchen separated by a bar, fully equipped with everything you need.
- The remarkable terrace with a dining table for 6 and a sofa perfect for leisurely reading in the morning sun. Enjoy views of the pool, the sea, and the Lérins Islands.
3 Ensuite Bedrooms Arranged as Follows:
- The first bedroom, with a jungle theme, has two single beds and an open shower.
- The second bedroom, with a chic and elegant theme, features a queen-size bed, a large closet, a private terrace, and a stunning marble shower room.
- The third bedroom, with a bohemian theme, offers a double bed and an open shower room.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
The property is a 12-minute drive or a 23-minute bus ride from Cannes train station, and a 30-minute drive from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.

All key boxes are located at the front of our offices at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be picked up at this address for all key box arrivals.
