This 190 m² premium chalet is particularly well-suited for discerning nature and mountain lovers. The highlight of this accommodations are its peaceful, secluded location with views of the Oberdrautal mountains. With high-quality amenities, 3 bedrooms, and plenty of space, our newly renovated farmhouse is especially popular with families and groups.
The house is situated high above the town of Greifenburg, right on the paved road leading to the Emberger Alm. The Emberger Alm is a small family-friendly ski area with a ski bus and ski school in winter and an ideal starting point for alpine pasture and summit hikes in summer.



At the Rauter – Emberger Alm:

You’ll be renting the entire, newly renovated premium chalet, which spans 190 m². Prime location with sweeping panoramic views high above Greifenburg on the path to the Emberger Alm. There are no other guests and no neighbors.

On-site costs: - Daily rates vary depending on the number of guests and the season—2 to 9 guests: Low Season €180 to €430, High Season €240 to €490), New Year’s Eve: €660 to €750—Children’s discount—Minimum stay: 4 nights; New Year’s Eve: 7 nights—Electricity, water, firewood, linens, Wi-Fi up to 600 Mbit/s, 4 smart TVs, kitchen utensils, and final cleaning included—Dog fee: €15 per night (food not included)—Local tax and regional card with discounts in the area, including free train travel throughout Carinthia as far as Lienz, are included.—In winter, the ski bus to the Emberger Alm is included. Please register the day before!



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 10:00, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
