Everything you need for accomodation in a beautiful scenery, with the most friendly host

The house very spacious, even for 10 people, as 2 of us were sleeping in the community room (which we decided before depature, so it came as no surprise for us). It is best for 4 families (as you can have separate rooms & bathrooms for each, which is really handy), or a group of max. 10 people, if 2 ppl of the group is happy with sleeping in the comm. room. Furthermore, the house is equipped with absolutely everything you might need (in the kitchen you can find a big fridge, microwave, things you need for cooking, bathroom with towels, hairdryer, etc) and in the community room you can find a big TV with surrounding sound system, tabletennis and darts, making sure you always have something to do. The house has a sauna for extra charge, but we never got to use it.. maybe next time ;) On top of that, the host, Florin is a very nice and friendly guy, who warmly welcomed us upon arrival. He is living in the same house (altough on separate floor), which is good because he was always there and happy to help us with everything we needed, but at the same time made sure never to distract our privacy. I can only recommend his magical house on the top of the mountain, I hope we can return someday :)

Wonderful stay in quiet area

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very very friendly and helpful. Lovely family! :) And the place itself is lovely as well, located in quiet and peaceful area. Apartment is in the same house where the owners live, however there are separate entries and you won't even notice their presence. There is more than you need in the building, everything is very clean and comfortable, you feel there like at home. All facilities were good, kitchen well equipped, ping-pong and darts were great additions. View from balconies/terrace is wonderful. Private parking just outside the house.

I can't think of anything. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Perhaps the only drawback of the area is that you need to really use a car to get anywhere from there as the house is located at the top of the hill in the quiet area. But this is also the advantage of this place, so I can't really say that this is a negative thing :) We knew this and we liked this :)

Ideal starting point to great trips to mountains, lakes, waterfalls and cities in three countries.

Everything: great location, easy and flexible check-in/check-out, very large apartment, comfortable beds, clean and specious bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Clear instructions, nice host, available when we needed. The view made our stay unforgettable.

Comfortable vacation house in a wonderful setting with all leisure & sports opportunities closeby!

The house is beautifully located in a quiet settlement with a breathtaking view on the valley and the opposite Nassfeld mountain chain. The house excels by its comfort, space, privacy and again the view. Most of the bedrooms have a terrace with a wonderful view. The house provides easy and fast access to the area for hiking, biking, swimming (Presseggersee) or any other adventurous activity in summer or skiing/snowboarding in winter. Owner of the house fully respects your privacy but is always available for any advice or a nice chat or even a bbq dinner during which life experiences are being exchanged.

Nothing really that we disliked. Maybe a tip in case elderly (and less mobile) people come for a stay, is to foresee a bed on the ground floor in order to avoid they need to do the stairs.

We spent a marvelous time in Comfort&Views.

In this house we got very comfortable and homelike bedrooms, one of them with balcony and great mountain view, nice and well-equipped kitchen, and very functional living room on a ground floor, which offered a ping-pong table, darts and lots of board games. Moreover we have a nice terrace, with table and chairs, sunbeds and wooden swing. The view on Nassfeld was really picturesque and impressive, with no other buildings opposite. But what is also very important - the owner Florin was really hospitable and helpful, gave us a lot of tips and advices about what to see and do in Carinthia.

Wonderful hosts and a great stay!

The pro Betty is close to the ski hill, and had plenty of room for our two families of four. It was also exceptionally clean and had games to occupy our spare time. The hosts were fantastic and even offered to help put chains on one of our cars.

I didn’t realize there was not an oven in the kitchen. There was a microwave however, and we made it work.
