Great place for those who like apartements and location without staff around you.

The area is beautiful. The apartement is really spacious, big toilet, big bathroom, 2 good size bedrooms, good size living room with kitchen. The kitchen is really well equipped, tablets for the dishwasher, 2 cloths to dry the dishes and so on. Spacious Ski equipment storage also. Really close to the Nassfeld Millenium Express ski lift.

The check-out experience was a bit unclear but we clarified with the staff via Whatsupp. The vacuum cleaner is weak.

It was generally nice and comfortable but the chalet felt it hadn’t been finished off properly

Good size dining table. Dishwasher. Shower was good and plenty of hot water. Location short drive from ski lift

Lighting was poor/dimly lit especially in bathroom and kitchen area. No radiators to dry gloves. Radiator in bathroom didn’t work. No boot room for ski boots. Bedrooms were very sparse and basic. Only a wardrobe - no dressing table or side tables. Needed more mirrors. Kitchen area very small.

Confused by photos on Booking.com didn't make it clear that Apartment was in the main building not in a chalet.

Really nice and clean chalet in a good location

Everything is new and clean.

Walls are thin, so you can hear everything going on in the chalet. Fortunately, it is located in a quiet place. Second thing - there are too many rules how to leave (clean) the chalet, but there was no information about where to throw the garbage away. Also, you have to separate garbage (plastic, paper, etc.), but there was only one plastic bag for it.

Great location, perfect apartments, friendly staff

Super easy. We received the code at 2pm although the check-in was scheduled for 4pm. The apartment was ready early so we were able to check in ahead of schedule.

Clean, well equipped chalets in Nassfeld

The apartment was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. It had enough space, we had a wonderful time.

There is no supermarket nearby, you have to drive 10 minutes to get to Hermagor. You have to take a bus to the skilifts, but it works well. It is not a cheap accomodation, but very comfortable.

it was far from "deluxe"

- nice living room - good restaurant in the building

- very bad odor from outside: rotting, compost smell when opening the window - only one bathroom and one toilet for 8 people - lack of furniture in the bedrooms: one bed, one cabinet, that's all - be prepared to fill in a lot of unnecessary data in the app before arriving (it took me two hours to get and input all the ID cards' expiry dates, etc) - that could be done by the reception but there is no reception - therefore I had to write e-mails and make transfers every day to the Clofers admin instead of talking to someone and paying by card - one bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds, it is a dormitory without a normal window - it looks over the restaurant garbage - ordering sandwiches through the app did not work, my account was debited but no bakery was delivered in the morning - no shop in the village - no ski room

Nice new apartment with easy check in.

it’s newly build apartment house with free parking. easy communication with reception by WhatsApp. you get pills for washing machine. there is a big storage room inside apartment. we needed baby cot and high chair and got it with small payment.

there is no soup and hand towel in toilet room. you need to give 250€ deposit which is not stated anywhere on booking and is hardly within booking rules.

Perfect location for our ski holiday. 4 minutes drive to Millennium express. Spacious accommodation for 6 of us (family of 4 plus grandparents). Modern, well equipped house. Great communication from team.

The information regarding the E-charger for electric cars was misleading on the website. There is a public charger in the proximity but is not for free and to charge the car using a wall socket from the chalet was forbidden. We selected this accommodation because we thought that there is a possibility to charge the car for free.

Wooden house was new, nicely decorated and equipped. Friendly host resolved all our requests. He also gave us guestcard which allowed us free entry to many nice places around. Surrounding mountains are beautiful. Presseggersee is also surprisingly nice for swimming.

Position of house was near the road, although not disturbing and noisy, it ruined experience a little bit. There are lot of flies due to nearby farms, so some mosquito nets would be helpful.

Very nice place to spend a holiday, we would recommend.

Very nice house, spacious and very nicely decorated, modern, functional furniture, cozy, warm atmosphere. Own parking space in front of the house provides full comfort. Kind and friendly hostess, available for all day information and interventions It is very good that was possible to order bred to be delivered at the property.

Absence of supermarket in the area, absence of restaurants and bars in the area, almost one restaurant in Rattendorf! It is really unusual. It is a very strange request to remove bedding from the bed and move it to the ground floor when leaving the building. We've never met this and we don't like it at all. There should be at least one more pedestal per person more since there is also a sauna in the house. No floor towels, no bathroom towel hangers.

KEIN brötchenservice, weil vorgegebene Bezahlungsart nicht fkt hat- keine Hilfe für eine Alternative!! Extrem weiche Matratzen, viel Staub unter den Betten und auf den Kästen Extrem kleine Nachtkästchen und Nachttischlampen, die das ganze Zimmer erhellen Keine Schneeschaufel f die Appartments, kein Winterservice (extrem eisig bei den Mistkübeln u am Parkplatz)

Super Lage, schönes Apartment, kleine Sauna die man aufgießen kann. Super freundliche und hilfreiche Mitarbeiter. Im wesentlichen alles, was man sich als kleine Gruppe für einen Ski Urlaub wünscht.

Einfach ausgestattet und sehr hellhörig. Wenn man nichts besonderes sucht ist es voll in Ordnung.

Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Alles muss per Email oder Telefon geklärt oder erklärt werden. Die Ausstattung ist manchmal nicht mehr vollständig . Wie zum Beispiel, gab es nur noch 2 Suppenteller oder keinen Schöpflöffel. Bestimmt hätte man es reklamieren können weil freundlich waren Sie allerseits aber wenn die Suppe gekocht ist fehlt es einfach

Heerlijk verblijf in Rattendorf met ons gezin!

Heerlijk (nieuw) huisje. Ruime slaapkamers, heerlijke badkamer. Heel goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Prettige communicatie via de app met Clofers.

Klein verbeterpuntje: de verlichting in het huisje was erg minimaal. Dat zou wat beter kunnen. Daarnaast zouden horren erg fijn zijn tegen het ongedierte.

Mooi huis met uitzicht en goede ligging

Mooi ruim huisje hadden wij met vrij uitzicht. (We hebben deze wel speciaal aangevraagd want je kan ook aan de weg zitten). De koeien lopen gezellig in de voortuin rond. Alles was aanwezig in het huisje. Ruime badkamer en slaapkamers. Wij hebben dit geboekt omdat je de e-card holiday pas erbij kreeg.

Als we iets moeten noemen de dunne kussens en de balkons worden niet schoongemaakt.
