I understand the resort is under renovations, but the cable did not work very well, the heat in the room would not turn on above 71 degrees and there were no extra blankets in the room. Given I was staying in Massachusetts in January, extra blankets should always be in the room. The room was very clean and newly renovated and looked amazing. If the other things were fixed I would stay there again.

The Original property at Cranwell is stunning. I was sad to learn that they are undergoing a renovation at this time; but I’m very pleased with their new accommodations. I stayed in Cottage #2 & view of the sunrise in the morning is fantastic. I’m looking forward to a longer stay next time.
