Helpful staff before ( Gus) and during our stay. Great location for a short cross country skiing and snowshoeing trip in the Berkshires.
Sauna was a nice treat after a day outdoors.
Well-equipped time-share unit that was remarkably clean.
There were few other guests during our mid-week stay, so the property was quiet, with no crowds in sauna, pool, or gym.
Due to all of the snow storms in the past month, many of the parking spots had snow piles in them. During the week, there was enough parking, but by Thursday night parking was tight. I imagine it was worse on the weekends.

The apartment was super comfortable. The bathroom somewhat dated and the shower could have used a new shower head with more oomph
The pool and sauna was only open from 9 am to 6 pm... It would have been lovely if it had been open a little longer

It didnt include breakfast but I loved the size of the rooms.
