Liked the location
Needed some updating and I like real tv.
But the room was comfortable and bathrooms were updated and new
Needs a restaurant ! Would stay again!

Conveniently located in the heart of Lenox. We were able to walk to restaurants and take a short drive to other locations on our itinerary.
No breakfast option although coffee was available. It seemed kind of empty with lots of common areas not being used for anything. There was also a huge chunk of icicle hanging from the eaves near the back entrance. We narrowly missed a catastrophe when it crashed down before us. That’s probably not their fault given the weather conditions that day.
Heating couldn’t be adjusted, but the room was mostly comfortable. We like to turn down the temperature at night.
Finally, the suite was listed as having a fireplace but it is just a mantle, kind of like “the concept of a fireplace.”

Very cute building, right in the center of town, had charm and was very clean inside the rooms.
Queen bed was actually a double bed (false advertising), heating was locked at 80 and couldn’t be changed, no staff present after 8pm, basically no parking spots in the back after returning from dinner with no receptionist to assist.

The room was on the third floor and the bathroom was tiny w a pocket door.
