Warm welcoming team, well decorated room, very nice breakfast, good location despite being on a road, pretty terrace.
Last minute reservation so had very small room. Small portions for breakfast (which was a first in the US !) - pastries were three small slices/pieces, tiny portion of frittata and potatoes. All delicious hence disappointment!

Location and sitting areas. Grounds looked great for summer fun.
Bed was well used. Mattress was old. Any hotel/motel bed would be better quality. Pillows old and lacked any shape.
