Doctor Sax House

Its a beautiful inn with a very homey elegant environment. It was quiet and comfortable and had everything needed for a peaceful stay after a long work day. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

There were not enough electrical outlets in the room. I had to pull the bed out to get to the one outlet behind it. That was a bit of a pain but my only complaint.

The location was perfect in the center of Lenox. The food and drink at breakfast and dinner was excellent! Anthony, the property manager, was very nice. There were a few staff related issues regarding check-in and communication but overall a great getaway weekend experience. The weekend we stayed there was expensive but worth it. The rooms were relaxing and quiet. No TV in ours, which ended up making the stay more intimate.

Communication between staff and myself could have been better for check-in but overall my only complaint.

早餐非常美味，因为赶时间大厨特别提前帮我们准备早餐，很感动。还帮我们提供了延迟退房服务。服务人员都非常友善热情，贴心提供优质的服务。
