Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers this 82 m² house for rent in Ver-sur-Mer, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a 400 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 25 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace (non-functional) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed suitable only for children
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot.
Exterior :
- A private, enclosed 400 m² garden with a 15 m² terrace featuring garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Ver-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Visit the D-Day landing beaches
- Normandy British Memorial
- Asnelles beach
- Arromanches circular cinema
- Courseulles-sur-Mer: zipline park, harbor, cinema, bowling.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available in front of the house.

- Caen-Carpiquet airport (CFR) 28km away.
