3-bedroom cottage for 6 people. Enjoy a spacious, fully equipped house for your stays (family/friends).
Located in the heart of the Cognac vineyards, peace and quiet for a rejuvenating stay, close to sites to discover.
The fully fenced garden, equipped with outdoor games, will delight your children.
Secure swimming pool open from June to September.
Wood stove in winter.
Green up socket for charging your vehicle.
Beds made upon arrival, towels provided.
The accommodation
An inspiring space to slow down, break away from daily life, reconnect with yourself with friends or family.
2 upstairs bedrooms with separate bathroom and toilet, large closet,
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) with private shower room and toilet.
A travel cot with mattress and fitted sheet is available on request, as well as a bath and high chair.
Ground floor accessible for people with reduced mobility (classified for tourism and disability).
All bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The garden is fully secured and fenced, the swimming pool is also secured with a gate and a cover.
Fully equipped kitchen.
I welcome you and remain available if needed as I live nearby, while being discreet.

Entry is through a manual gate, and the house is easily accessible.

I like to share this place of stay so that you can benefit from rest and tranquility in the Charente countryside, while being close enough to cities (20 minutes from Cognac, 25 minutes from Angoulême, less than an hour from Bordeaux, and a little over an hour from the ocean).
The house will provide you with everything you need, without wanting to fill your days.
In winter, the stove pleasantly warms your evenings (there is underfloor heating coupled with radiators)
In the summer, the swimming pool is very pleasant
And in the evenings, the spectacle of the sunset
